Our Story
Mission: Metabolism Bootcamps uses interval training as the core of its training philosophy. This means we work very hard in short bursts, broken up by periods of rest. This allows us to work very hard in a condensed period of time and has been scientifically proven to burn nine times more body fat than typical training.
You won’t see us jogging around or running long distances
Quite frankly, those are outdated and archaic ways of training that have been proven to be the LEAST effective way to build muscle and burn fat. That is why bootcamps that use those philosophies have to have one-hour classes, because in order to get results they have to train 3x longer than we do at our bootcamps!!!
At the end of the day it is not about how LONG you train, it is about the INTENSITY of your training. That is why our workouts from start to finish are 30 minutes long, including warm-up and cool down. We use state of the art tools such as Kettlebells, TRXs, bands, medicine balls, agility ladders and much more!
We also focus on the longevity of your training
Many people/bootcamps only focus on the workout, but don’t focus on flexibility, mobility and injury prevention. Training hard alone cannot be sustained without those other factors. Eventually you will get an injury and have to sit out of exercise. We never want that because fitness is just as much about FEELING good as it is about LOOKING good. Your results will also suffer if you need to nurse an injury over an extended period of time that could have been prevented. Also, if you lack the mobility to get in the full range of motion during exercise, you are hindering the metabolism-boosting benefits of the workout itself! So aside from injury prevention, mobility helps you burn fat!
This is why EVERY new bootcamper must go through
our Mission:Unbreakable program
This program ensures that your body is bulletproof from preventable injuries. It also ensures you are working at your maximum potential. Any program that DOES NOT offer something like this to its clients is doing them a great disservice and is most likely using out-of-date methodologies.
